The Worst Place to buy a bed/mattress

The Worst Place to buy a a mattress/bed, do not buy from them. I purchased a Cloud Nine mattress from the Randburg branch and after receiving it I let it air out for 2 days before using it. By the time i slept on it, i noticed a mould/ glue smell from the mattress. I let it air out for another 2 days but the smell got worse.

3 days after sleeping on the mattress I woke up in the middle of the night coughing blood and soon after i developed tonsils and a chest infection. i notified the Randburg branch about the smell and they tried to make it seem like it has never happened before. They agreed to an inspection and upon the inspection, Tian the guy from Cloud Nine confirmed that "I have been inhaling glue for the last 2 weeks and that the mattress had been sealed before the glue had dried.

Tian promised that someone would contact me to do an extraction and replacement during the week, and by the end of the week no one did. I have been following up with them about getting a new mattress and it has changed from "it never happens" to "we cant promise anything". Now i am leaving this review here so people can know how these companies will willingly take your money but when it comes to rectifying their mistakes they refuse.

I have asked the manager for a refund for my mattress and for them to collect it and he cannot seem to give me a clear timeline despite the health issues I have stated. Go elsewhere with your money, its not worth your health.
