The period between ordering and receiving the bed was not great as the company was very slow to get in touch and let me know what was happening. However, Donald and Frans (who came to deliver and install the bed) could not have been better. They helped clear away the old bed and set the new one up very efficiently and with a smile on their faces. It was a pleasure dealing with Donald and Frans
