The Mattress Warehouse took my money but did not deliver
Transfer -R1199.00 from SAVINGS ACC; Ref TMW-O-267819; 25-Feb. I paid for a mattress to be sent to my brother in Aurora. He is suffering from cancer and desperately needs the mattress. They claimed that delivery would take place within 5 days. It's been 7 days and nothing has happened. No response from their online complaints department either.

09 Mar 2020, 00:12A representative of Mattress Warehouse contacted me, and assured me that the mattress I ordered for my brother will be delivered to him. This didn't happen as promised. Although he now has the mattress in his possession, he had to fork out an extra R400 to a third party to have it collected from the nearest depot. So much for the promised free delivery offered by The Mattress Warehouse. It's false advertising unless the company reimburses the R400 to me so that I can send the money to my brother.

A representative of Mattress Warehouse contacted me, and assured me that the mattress I ordered for my brother will be delivered to him. This didn't happen as promised.
