I would warn anyone against using The Mattress Warehouse. Rather make use of a trusted brand. I placed an online order, and tried multiple numbers listed, when I eventually got through to someone, I was told as soon as they have an update they will return my call, which they never did. I eventually emailed and got a phone call from Nellie informing they will deliver the next day. Waited the whole day for them to arrive and after following up at the end of the day, I was then informed they don't even have the mattress yet.
