The Mattress Warehouse-No Delivery and then No refund-****mers
Took 3 weeks no delivery, when I followed up determined they didn't have stock (normal fitted sheets and waterproof bed covers), and they still could indicate to me when they will deliver. As a result the order was cancelled and I had to submit paperwork to them to get refund which I duly submitted. They indicated 5-7 business days to refund which I accepted. I then left it trusting it will happen but after 11 days nothing transpired. When I follow up again, they indicated paperwork must be submitted and that I have to wait 5-7 business days again. Sorry to say, they seem like ****mers. Their online shop still have the same stuff I ordered available for sale.
