The Mattress Warehouse Irene

We have claimed the warranty on a mattress. They(Mattrass Warehouse) said the warranty claim has been approved. This was on 29 August 2025. We paid an adminfee. They said we should wait 5-10 businessdays for the mattress to be delivered. We waited the 5-10 bussinessdays. When the bussinessdays were over, I called them and asked about the delivery date of the mattress. They said that they want to check on the system where it is then they will call me back. They never did. I called numerous times and they all said they'd call back, they never did. I called last week Tuesday (23 September 2025) to hear what's going on? They made up a lot of excuses. The mattress is still in production, other said there had been a delay because of stock taking. No one said the same thing, if you lie as a company, make sure everyone is on the same page. They said that they'll call back on Monday 29 September, they never did. I CALLED AGAIN and the same story that they are going to check and call back, they never did. So I would not recommend The Mattress Warehouse to anyone, their costumer service is shocking. I will call again tomorrow and probably hear the same story. But it has been more than a month since the process has started. I would like someone to reach out so that the problem can be resolved, because this is actually shocking!
