THE MATTRESS WAREHOUSE GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND TO ASSIST CUSTOMER : MATTRESS EXCHANGE .

To summarise , I purchased a KING SERTA mattress from the mattress warehouse . The quality of the mattress was great but as our bodies change over time , I struggled with the COMFORT level .

I take full responsibility for the delay in addressing my concerns with the branch. In any event I pursued the matter with the customer care division with a view to an exchange /swop of the mattress.

I must place on record my sincere thanks and appreciation to Josina Simango [ customer care : Head office ] who was tasked to liaise with the customer , find common ground and to come up with a solution . She escalated the matter to Senior Management highlighting the customers complaint and in the process obtaining the relevant approvals for the exchange . Her diligence and dedication to duty to bring this matter to finality has not gone unnoticed .

I must also thank Ms Luelle Birbal [ mattress warehouse ; durban branch ] who attended to the necessary " paperwork " in the exchange process.

In conclusion the following must be stated . In tough economic times it is reassuring to note that there are still Companies /Organisations out there that are prepared to meet the customer halfway in resolving their concerns/ complaints / unhappiness . THE MATTRESS WAREHOUSE is one them , clearly consistent with the adage " WITHOUT THE CUSTOMER THERE IS NO BUSINESS "
