I popped in to the branch in Stikland looking for a single bed and had the pleasure of meeting Chanell (" 2 ll's no e") Frank. From her initial welcoming smile to the conclusion of the sale, I can only describe the service I received as excellent. She asked me 2 questions the answers of which quickly let her know I was on the wrong track and promptly put me on the right one. It was clear from the start that she knew what she was talking about and I wasnt in and out of there in about 15 mins which is the quickest bed purchase I have ever made. She even followed it up with a call to confirm delivery the next day. Thanks Chanell!, good service never goes out of style
