THE MATRESS WAREHOUSE RUN AROUND

I purchased a mattress online from The Mattress Warehouse on 30 Dec 2024, it is now the 17th Dec 2024, STILL NO MATTRESS, the service that I recieved from their Randburg branch has been pathetic to say the least, it also took them 2 days to find my online order,Gontse does not call back, the branch manager Wendy is not much better, after my complaint about them not communicating with me she still did nothing, Neo has tried to assist and keep me updated but then again no call back from her either, after several promises that they will source the item from their Polekwane branch and deliver to me. On Friday 13th Dec Neo, confirmed that the mattress is at the branch and she will confirm delivery on Monday 16th Dec, I again had to phone and ask for the info, after it was confirmed that the item will be delivered on Wednesday 18th Dec 2024, I have recieved a call just to inform me that the mattress from the other branch has been sold and I now have to wait for the closed factory to supply them with a new one, I managed to speak with a Regional Manager Rizwana, who just said sorry, the supplier KOOI BEDDING are busy messing them around with the so called BACK ORDERS, I am currently waiting for Natasha the National Sales Director to phone me back and make another arangement ?????????
