The lady who called after I placed my order was very informative, but the service went downhill after that. I missed a call from The Mattress Warehouse and when I called back, the agent guessed what the call was about and misled me into thinking my delivery was on the way. I waited the whole day, only to find out there was no delivery scheduled. The only positive part of my experience was the delivery team. Shoutout to Mboh and Lwazi, exceptional service, very friendly and accommodating. They deserve the credit The Mattress Warehouse doesn’t.
