The customer service after purchase was impeccable

The customer service after purchase was impeccable. First my payment failed(my fault), I got a WhatsApp asking if they could help, which they did. After purchase I was called by Afzal letting me know how long my order was going to take and confirming my delivery details. He then called the next day saying he pushed for my order to be delivered much much earlier than expected and explained when it would be delivered, he even took my neighbour's number down so he could deliver with the neighbour as I requested. Then Victor and mbo delivered the next day timeously, letting me know half an hour before they got there. Absolutely seamless customer service by all involved. I only ordered a pillow but I imagine this is the kind of communication you need when making a big purchase like a bed.
