Going through threads here, it is clear to see that South African businesses' after-sale is pathetic. It very common for businesses to admit a problem and work to fix it after you have paid. I was very impressed with The Mattress Warehouse for owning up when I reported that my bed was delivered without legs and making sure that these were brought to me. I want to especially commend Johan at Boksburg branch for going to of your way to bring the legs to my address after working hours. Keep up the good work.
