I have ordered a new mattress, base and mattress protector. I haven’t received it yet but this is just a review for the service I received so far.

Christa was so helpful, friendly and went over and above for service satisfaction. I had a few questions and tricky things to sort out as I am ordering the mattress online to be delivered to an empty flat and I was worried about the logistics. She not only reassured me and sorted out all the details, she also emailed me again to confirm everything in order. I also had to order a mattress protector separately, she emailed me options, and said she’d add it to the initial order so that it’s all ready and together.
