Terrible service and no delivery

I ordered my bed 2 weeks ago and have still not received delivery. After sending numerous emails, I have not received a response or update on when I can expect delivery, phoning doesn't help either because nobody answers the phone. I've had a terrible experience, definitely will not be using them again after this awful customer service.
