Terrible Service

The worst service I ever experienced for an online purchase. I placed an order on 17 November for a bed, mattress and mattress protector, understanding it takes 6 to 10 working days for delivery. The 10th day is 1 December. I phoned on 27 November and whatsapp to find out how to track my order. I was informed there is no tracking service, but they will follow up. The feedback was that the mattress is ready, but the mattress protector is out of stock. I settled for a cheaper one which is available. The bed was still in Gauteng, but will be delivered at Bellville on Monday, 1 December. I can expect delivery on the same day. The courier arrived at 18h30 with only the mattress and the protector. I contacted them daily just to be informed on 4 December, that the bed is still in Gauteng. I requested a refund for the bed on the same day. The refund was received on 13 December. The owner and founder of The Mattress Warehouse, Zaach Smith did not even bother to respond. I will not recommend this company at all and wish I could rate them a minus 10 stars.
