Terrible customer service

Seriously terrible customer service and communication from the Cape Town branch. My emails got ignored and I got hung up on when trying to phone. If it wasn't for Bellville and the delivery guys this rating would have been one star.

I'm super glad this purchase is resolved because never again will I give you my business.
