Terrible after sales service

Not sure it's even deserving of a 1 star. We had a good experience purchasing the bed, however upon having problems with the base aftwerward they have been terrible. We are trying to sort an issue under warrantee for nearly 2 months now. This company does not respond to multiple emails (emails that they themselves even requested). They do not call us back and they actually make no effort. Weeks without updates is unacceptable. Utterly regret getting our bed from here
