Still bad service!!!

Thank you for your email. It is actually frustrating to communicate to reps from Mattress Warehouse through hellopeter. I'm trying to get help from somebody in connection with a problem that I have on the replacement mattress from them. My problem is the following. On 21/12/2019, my wife and I went to them to choose a new mattress to replace the mattress we first bought from them. We tryed out all the mattresses and settled on the Rest Assured St Andrews. But due to the fact that they had no stock at the Irene branch, I then said I will take the one on the floor - the demo one - because my wife could not sleep on the other mattress anymore. I also told them that I would give them feedback on the mattress. Now there is one bad spot on it and I want it fixed. The problem now is: I have called the guy who helped me first, but he referred me to somebody else because he is not working for them anymore. The next guy said he can not help me, and referred me to the next guy who told me that he cannot help me, he is busy packing, because he is moving to their Cape branch. I would just like to know if there is anybody that can help me. That is a good mattress for my wife's medical condition, I would only like them to solve the one problem.
