**** staff, lazy to actually do what is asked

So I asked foe a quotation on three different bases for my queen bed.

Got one quotation with the three different bases on, asked to please just seperate the three and give me two quotations of the two different bases that I am looking at and now just getting ignored.

Glad to see mattress companies doing so good that they can have *********** staff sitting there and taking a salary and just doing what they want.

Will find my base else where and the mattress for the other room
