Smooth process. Friendly staff, goods delivered on time

I’m a happy customer. Ordered my bed on black Friday, by Monday they call me to explain that they have a bit of backlog because of many orders they received. They told me it would be delivered by Wednesday latest, and all thanks to the friendly delivery guy name Jack. He called to explain that he will be a bit delayed, and he kept on giving me timeframes of how long he would take on the deliveries prior to mine. When my turn finally came, he called when he’s at my gate and he patiently waited for me to get there. What a friendly guy. Oh not to forget how friendly Candice was… they communicated with me every step of the way until my delivery. Thanks mattress warehouse. You’ve gained yourself a loyal customer from now on 💃💃💃.
