Monique was incredibly helpful in assisting me and my fiancé in finding the perfect bed. We're both side and back sleepers who struggle with back pain and poor sleep, so finding the right mattress was important to us. Monique helped us narrow down the options to just two, making the decision so much easier. From the very beginning, she was friendly, quick to respond, and extremely knowledgeable. Her service was truly exceptional!

After placing our order, I provided her with the order number, and she took care of everything else on her end. Shortly after, Cade reached out to arrange the delivery, which arrived in just three working days! I appreciated the clear communication—they contacted me the day before and again on the day of delivery to confirm everything, including triple-checking the delivery address, which I really appreciated.

A big shoutout to the amazing delivery team, Zwai and Nomaaz (if I'm not mistaken). Although we told them they could leave the bed in a certain spot, they kindly offered to place it directly in the room for us—fantastic service once again!
