Simply Pathetic

Today i had the misfortune of trying to buy a mattress from their Boksburg store. I was attended to by Lindsey and I must say I have never before tried so hard to buy a product and get good service as with her. She is arrogant, unhelpful and abrupt. I was also very shocked to hear that there are no managers that one can speak to and nobody at the branch knows who the MD/CEO/GM is and they cannot provide contact numbers either. They did tell me that Natasha handles customer care and gave me a number to call. A gentleman answered the phone and told me that Natasha works from home and doesn't have contact details............ To cut a long story short, I then drove to the Bed Centre where is was attended to by a very professional lady. She arranged to collect the same mattress this afternoon and will deliver at 09h00 tomorrow, where the very best that I could also get out of a very demotivated Lindsey was next week Wednesday.
