Shocking lack of customer care

I placed an order online and received confirmation and receipt on the 2nd of January. I received a call that same week informing me my order would be delivered the next day. As I write this review I haven’t received any feedback, the mattress warehouse have suddenly become ghosts. I cannot comprehend how a company can just take ones money and grow silent, no mattress, no communication, nothing !!!! Next stop the CPA.
