Shocking delay in delivery

Where Future is amazing in her service and the online process to purchase was great. The after-sales and delivery service is shocking.

I was promised that my Mattress would be delivered yesterday and would be done after 5, I waited till late evening and nothing arrived. When I called in this morning I was advised Management would contact me as 4 people's deliveries were not completed.

Where I understand delays happen, how don't you even contact your client to advise them of such and a simple call from the driver to say we won't be able to deliver this evening.

Shocking and disappointed.
