Service that surpassed my expectations

I was so impressed by the professional behaviour throughout the transaction. I got a 10% discount coupon and was allowed to make it a COD transaction. On the day of delivery the driver called and told me they would arrive between 11:00 and 11:30. They arrived at 11:15 on the dot and were courteous and helpful throughout.
