Sboniso Faya

I bought a bed set from The Mattress Warehouse Durban branch after being referred to by a Collegue. I was assisted by Sboniso Faya, the service I received blew my mind. I never expected to receive such world class service. Sboniso arranged for my bed to be delivered within hours of placing an order because I had told him I’m working from home only today and the rest of the week I’ll be in the office. The drivers kept in touch with me and upon arrival they were brilliant. They unpacked the bed set for me and removed the plastic and boxes, this is something that delivery guys don’t do.
