Sandy is the only redeeming quality of this company.

Sandy you were the redeeming quality of this company. My wife and I had a really bad experince in general with very poor service. However, Sandy was our life line and she helped us sort everything out. She contacted us every day and made sure we were heard and our concerns were looked into.

The same can't be said for the entirety of the rest of management as they seem to think ignoring a problem will make it go away. They need to take a page out of Sandy's book. Shes a perfect example of how to be a manager.
