Rocky start, but excellent service

A bit of a bumpy start - I placed the order online with expected delivery in 5-7 working days. However, it took a few days for my payment to be processed, and when I enquired as to the delivery time frame, it had changed to 7-10 working days from the date of payment. This was depsite the online profile still showing the expected delivery of 5-7 working days.

This was a problem for me, as I needed the bed in a specific time frame (whereas usually I wouldn't fret over a day or two).

In the end, I got very excellent service from Abigail and Sandy, who stayed in contact with me throughout and ensured that I got the bed by the date I needed it for. The delivery was also handled very professionally on the day.

Thank you to all involved for helping turn around what would have been a massive issue, and working with me to resolve it. I do appreciate the extra effort in making sure that my parents had a bed to sleep on!
