Rockstar service excellence
Was assisted by Bongani and Nora, their service was world-class. We not only walked out with what we wanted but actually walked out with much more. Bongani and Nora care much more about the customers than they care about just making numbers (cash)... they got us a deal that made us score more for less, saving us a couple of Rands in the process. Because of Bongani and Nora, The Mattress Warehouse Randburg has got itself new customers for life. Bongani and Nora, keep doing the excellent quality work and providing the best customer service, you guys made our month (not just a lousy day) you guys roc****!!
