Robbing us blindly

The Mattress Warehouse Initially we were reffered to Rose by someone else, after the proof of payment was emailed, then time went by (stating from your policy the estimated time of delivery) then when the delivery dated passed we started querying the bed because nothing was comminucated or delivered to us, and the eta passed then I phoned Rose (who never communicated with us) she said the bed will be delivered and so the days passed, when I phoned again that day someone else helped me it was a guy (cannot remember his name) and he told me the mattress I wanted was out of stock, the biggest issue I have was that the bed was supposed to be fit for 120kgs and when I asked about the bed they wanted to subsitute it with, they said it can take 130kg and it is one of your top range mattresses but after I struggled with back ache I checked on your site and the bed could only take 110kg which do not suite the specifications, the bed is not firm enough and cannot take the weight it should, and they never asked if we were happy with the bed after supplying me with a different bed I wanted and now we are back on our old bed again
