Received within the promised timeframe
Our bed was delivered within the promised timeframe, but the poor delivery team were sent on a wild goose chase because the sales person put the incorrect delivery address on my order, even though I pointed it out to her at the time. Thank goodness he was given the correct cellphone number, s he could phone me to get the correct address.
