Quick to take your money, Extremely slow to deliver and dont get back to you.

I am extremely disappointed in the service levels at matress warehouse. I purchased a mattress on 1 June 2020 and to date, I still have no new mattress. The standard response is that they will call you back....Which they don't. I was finally promised my mattress this week, but when I followed up, I was given the standard excuse that the supplier has not got in stock and it will come next week, this is a standard story with them, next week, next week! When I asked if I could change my order to something in stock, I was told that someone more experienced would phone me. Well, I am still waiting! I would like my new Mattress please, the one I paid for and no, I have not received phone calls from you or any emails explaining the situation. I suggest you manage customer expectations up front in future.
