Promises with no delivery

I've placed an order online for a queen mattress on the 6th of July. 9 July i was phoned that I will receive my mattress early the following week, ok good thanks. On the 16th the Wednesday I phoned them twice eventually they phoned me back to tell me i will get it early the next week after ranting & raving i received a call on the 17th that my mattress will be delivered the 18th (yesterday) I phoned at 14h30 on the 18th to confirm and was told yes still today late afternoon im 9th on the list. Cancelled all my appointment to make sure Im home yesterday and still no delivery. NOT EVEN A PHONE CALL TO SAY SORRY You're stupid *** for waiting all day WE'RE NOT COMING WAITED THE WHOLE DAY WITH NO DELIVERY. As a first time client this is absolutely unacceptable with the poorest service I've ever received. Making promises and not keeping it and not even following up to tell me.
