Product with defects sold to us

We bought a big bed costing almist R20 000 rands bht ever since we haven’t enjoyed this bed and we have communicated with the shop and the shop committed that it will attended to ASAP and seal called and confirmed that ghe shop we bought from will give us new baseband take away this one which we find its legsnot even. Which i find strange that paying so much but umbede ukhala amategetsege within first two months while the normal bed dont do this and even way cheaper.
