Poor Service from Timmoty Nyamayaro

i have bought my mattress Jan/2022, was assisted by the guy called Timmotty Nyamayaro. i waited two months for the mattress to be delivered, i decided to call for refund, even today i haven't got my money back. poor customer care, they don't even answer their calls nor respond to emails.
