Poor service delivery

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have gotten from The Mattress Warehouse (Pretoria). Yesterday, they delivered a bed, however the base did not provide provision for 6 leg fittings but only 5 which mind you I had to fit in myself. I called the driver immediately, he checked the base and indicated that he will inform his superiors. I then phoned The Mattress Warehouse yesterday, and the warehouse manager promised to exchange the base for me today (08/11/19). I phoned several times, however I have received NO what-so-ever help from them, not even an indication of whether the base will be delivered today. I mean how do you expect me to use that faulty base. Its your responsibility to provide a desirable service, or at least get these based quality checked before delivery. It is not my responsibility to keep following up with you guys the whole time. I would not recommend anyone to purchase products from The Mattress Warehouse.
