POOR SERVICE

Their website does not allow for review of beds... rather interesting! Bought an extremely uncomfortable budget bed RUBY FIRM BED from the online store. This bed is definitely not recommended for any room let alone for a kids room. Springs stick out on sides and tops. The bed was delivered and unpacked when I was at work. On my arrival just 60 min after delivery I sent an email to store manager to indicate that I was not happy the bed as it is of extremely poor quality even for a budget bed. I was informed no returns after the bed's packaging had been removed and the 100 sleep guarantee was subject to the purchase of a mattress protector and an additional R1000 plus delivery fee all of which I was not aware off and considering the price of the bed it was not worth it. Lesson learned never buy a bed online. AK from the store did his best to console me but I am still extremely disappointed with this Company!
