Poor Service and communication!!!

All the reviews about poor customer service and transparency to customers are true!

They don't tell you whether the items are in stock or not! But happy to take your money. They don't even have the decency to inform you after payment that they don't have stock and the possible timeframe for you to get your order, you have to do all the running around and trying to find things out because you haven't heard anything.

My first conversation I had with them was asking them if they had stock and a more or less time frame for delivery as I need to ensure that someone would be home to take delivery. I got a response saying: "they see the team is busy with my order and they will contact me soon"...nothing about if there was stock or not.

I then had to contact them again as I never heard back from them.. I was then told that delivery would take 6-15 business days because its a far trip (the trip being +-3 hours from their warehouse)

I then contacted them again asking if I could just come collect the bed myself as I am in need of the bed and that's when I was told they are waiting for stock from the supplier. And now I continue to wait for an update..

My first and last time doing business with them for sure!
