Poor service
I am so deeply disappointed in this company. Or i believe i shouldn't blame the company but the sales person. My previous experience with them was absolutely exceptional. Currently i am dealing with a lady called Charnelle Pillay. I've ordered 2 matresses online and since that day i had to email to make follow ups because no one bothered to phone me to inform me of the status of my order. She then promised me via email saying i would receive my order on Monday 29 November 2021. I've been waiting for the courier to no avail. I am very angry because i didn't expect to receive this kind of service from such a highly praised company. I will just be waiting patiently to see if my order will arrive today. I will definitely report this person to Head offices.
