Poor quality beds and poor service

This shop is such a disappointment. I have bought a bed from Polokwane shop in April 2022 and within 1 month the bed was damaged, I reported the bed and till now they hv not assisted me. Instead they referred me to the supplier who also promised to come back to me to date he has not. The bed is still under warranty but with this delay the warranty will expire. I am sleeping on a poor quality bed, my body is sore every morning whereas I have paid for a bed, I guess law suit will follow soon.
