Poor quality bed base

If I could give zero stars, I would. My bed base arrived and upon inspection I could see that the base was made in a rush. There are holes missing and the base is of very poor quality. I phoned the Bellville branch on Monday to ask them to pick up the base and refund me. I was told that the Manager will phone me, but no one called. They don't care about their customers. Is there no one at this company who can actually help me and give me a service?
