Poor Mattress Quality and Defect
I bought a Restonic Detroit mattress queen size on the 9th of December 2024 and it was delivered on the 11th December 2024.
It came with a tear at the corner of the mattress. In less then a week I had to turn the mattress around because I felt the springs as they are when sleeping or sitting. The pillow top would swear that it's not there at all.
As I speak the mattress is giving me back aches since it's difficult to find the proper place to sleep on it, some places are sinking. One would swear that this was once used before. It poor quality and not worth the money I paid.
This is a second hand mattress I promise you. For a 1 month old bought product it's not suppose to be like this. Very very poor product, I'm not happy at all it.
I bought it at Durban North Mattress Warehouse. I would never buy their products again, especially being their first time buyer. I'm very much disappointed.
