Poor inter division communication leading to critical lack of delivery

Typical sales mentality that drops service and any customer care once payment has been made. Shocking interaction with the main call centre. My invoice was never sent to the branch after I made it crystal clear I needed delivery on a specific date, I might add that I made the purchase WELL in advance of the delivery date. After speaking to a few people at the Bellville office, I have still not been given a confirmation of when this will be delivered. Appalling service and shocking internal controls between the various divisions of the business. Here be dragons folks, tread carefully...
