Poor Customer Service

I ordered a 3/4 bed set online that was on special from The Mattress Warehouse. There were apparently 6 ordered of 15 bed sets after I placed my order according to the website. The normal selling price was R5999 and the special price was R3299. I was then contacted by the Cape Town branch a few days after only to be told that they don't have stock in CPT of the bed set I ordered. I was told they will give me something else that has the same specs of the bed I initially ordered and I was happy with this arrangement. The next day I was contacted again to say they still looking for something as the beds of a similar spec is more than R3299. So two weeks later I am told to pay in a difference of over R700 for a bed of a lesser value than the normal selling price of the one I ordered. This was not my mistake and honestly not my problem. I should have been given the replacement unit at no additional cost or the bed I ordered should have been shipped from JHB who has stock and delivered to me.

Extremely disappointed by the way The Mattress Warehouse does business and handled this deal. Not a company I would recommend to anyone. Customer service clearly means nothing to them.
