Poor communication and no old mattress removal
I had a similar experience than Danie S. Literally had to find soneone willing to deliver eventually! I also expected the old mattress to be removed as most other companies do and sent a request in this regard when I bought the matress but no reply was received. Now we are stuck with a huge old mattress on which we will need to spend more cost to get rid off.

We believe that your lead time stated 5-7 business days, and you did receive your order on the 7th business day as indicated.
Unfortunately, we are have not been taken in any old mattress due to the fact that we do not have the capacity to store them separately from the new units, due to hygiene factors, as well as disposing of them.
However, we always advise customers to contact their nearest NGO that will collect and donate the unit to someone less fortunate.
