Phenominal Customer Service

I had no idea when I placed an online order for a new mattress from The Mattress Warehouse that the customer service experience would be so utterly phenomenal! Once I had placed the order I was contacted regularly by Naushaad from the Durban Mattress Warehouse who advised the status of my order and when I could expect receipt thereof. When I asked Naushaad, merely days before my mattress was expected to be delivered, whether I could order a mattress cover online and have it delivered along with the mattress, he said that he would do his utmost to try to arrange that. Well, after I had given him such short notice, Naushaad went to the ends of the earth to source the mattress cover and have it delivered with the mattress - I was utterly delighted and exceptionally grateful to Naushaad for going the absolute extra mile. When I put the mattress cover on my new mattress, I realized that it did not fit as I had hoped. I got in touch with Naushaad and he chatted to his manager Luelle about what could be done. Luelle actually took the time and effort to call the mattress manufacturer to source a perfectly sized mattress cover, which was then delivered a few days later. I have NEVER experienced such incredible customer service - Naushaad is an absolute gem and I would like The Mattress Warehouse to know what a very valuable asset he is to company. Thank you so much..
