Pathetic service from the mattress warehouse and Serta/ lylax bedding!
The worst quality of mattresses with no support in exchanging or sorting out a fault. Our mattress is definitely faulty - causing serious body aches and we cannot even exchange it or get a refund. We are stuck with this terrible purchase. Highly regrettable. Please do not purchase products from lylax/Serta/ the mattress warehouse. They promise mattresses that are good quality but are the worst!!! And it wasn’t cheap!
