Pathetic service

I ordered a bed on 16 Jan 2024, and was promised delivery within 6-10 business days. There has been no delivery to this day. I am keep being told that it is still in production, with no confirmed delivery date. They have taken my first installment for a product I don't have. I asked for a call, was told I would be called - no one called. They now saying that they will look for an upgrade for me whilst the bed is still in production. Why would you put something on your website in stock if it still is in production.

Extremely disappointed by the service, being made to run around, and promises that are not delivered.
