Pathetic Serice

We bought a mattress at Mattress Warehouse in Midrand in July 2019. The sales man was Tshepo. We were not satisfied with the quality of the mattress, so we laid a complaint with him within 3 weeks of receipt. They sent a representative to assess the mattress and he confirmed that there were issues with it. We were assured that the mattress will be replaced. A guy named Thabo phoned to inform us that they ordered a wrong size, therefore we won't receive delivery as per ETA. It's 3 months later and we are still waiting and no one has even bothered to give us feedback on the progress.This is pathetic service. We want this matter to be resolved with immediate effect. We want the replacement mattress to be delivered before end of October.
