Pathetic, non-existent customer service!!!!!!!!!!
The service at Mattress Warehouse has been extremely disappointing so say the least! We have called numerous times and sent multiple follow-up emails, yet we haven’t even received an acknowledgment. This experience has made us regret purchasing from you. Our time is valuable, and if we cannot get a satisfactory response from you soon, we will have no choice but to escalate our inquiry to the Ombudsman. Shocking!!!!
